Conquer Club // Raw Notes #1

Inside My Head This Week
This is something new I’m trying for Conquer Club. Just straight raw thoughts. These are random snippets that I write in my notes or on X as I think of them. No rhyme or reason initially; basically the things I may be internally wrestling with, come to mind in the moment, taking action on, or purely pondering about as I push forward.
Think of it as my open diary for high performers; if even one of these hits you at the right moment, that’s worth it.
Focus vs. Idea Overload
It is an interesting balance, staying focused while being a creative thinker on a solo journey. The mind fills with so many thoughts and ideas, and you want to dive into all of them.
But the legendary old truth of quality versus quantity still holds. What does it matter if you try to act on everything without an end goal or finish?
Starting multiple avenues and spreading yourself too thin doesn’t do much good.
You might believe you can take it all on.
That you are Superman.
But you are one man.
How can one man produce in ten different areas, ten products, while another man obsesses over one, constantly improving it?
You, feeling like Superman, bounce from idea to idea, producing at maybe thirty percent of the detail and output you could achieve.
Those who commit and narrow the tunnel often emerge far more capable and creative than those who wander through a cave system, never finding the exit.
The ones who commit and find the exit can then expand into something new, with the satisfaction of knowing they gave their full energy to less, rather than dividing themselves and giving a staggered effort to more.
On Change
For us to overcome an introspective struggle, we must of course look inward, but also all around us.
There has to be change. Significant lifestyle changes.
New habits to be built, a re-invigoration; or return to the slop.
A revived sense of livelihood that creates a you that is unshakeable in your pursuit.
A new environment that widens the eyes, and introduces new perspectives.
Change is welcome, and postive.
On General Action
Go for it. Don't be afraid. Nobody Cares. And even if they do, people are nothing.

Why not give it your all? What is stopping you?
Time to steer the ship.
If you want to succeed, stop hopping from one thing to the next. Pick one skill, commit to it fully, and stick with it long enough for your effort, skill, and opportunities to compound.
That’s where my head was this week. Maybe one line here hits you where it needs to, If it does, hit reply and tell me which one. Or send me a message on X.
Until next time,
—Joshua
